Absolutely! We offer hamper collection from Ringwood North, Victoria.
Simply select Pick Up at checkout and provide your mobile number. We’ll contact you with the collection address and arrange a suitable pick-up time.

We would love to! Personal delivery is available within 20 km of Ringwood North for a flat fee of $35.
Select Delivery at checkout and enter the recipient’s postcode to confirm whether the address is within our delivery area.

Yes. Australia Post Regular Parcel Post is available Australia-wide for a flat fee of $25 per hamper and can be selected at checkout. Signature on Delivery is included for extra security.
Orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday will be prepared for same-day dispatch. Orders placed after 1:00 pm, on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
Within Victoria: 2–4 business days
Interstate: 3–6 business days
Regional and remote destinations may take longer
Delivery estimates are provided by Australia Post and begin from the business day after dispatch. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, severe weather or delays within the Australia Post network.

Yes. We understand that everyone’s tastes and dietary needs are different.
When placing your order, please tell us about any allergies, intolerances or dietary preferences, such as gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free or vegetarian requirements. We’ll do our best to tailor your hamper with suitable products while maintaining the quality and presentation Hilltop Hampers is known for.
Dietary requests can be accommodated on request; however, we cannot guarantee that products are completely allergen-free. Products may be manufactured or handled in facilities that also process common allergens.

We recommend placing your order as early as possible, particularly during busy periods such as Christmas, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day.
However, we understand that sometimes gifts are needed at short notice. If you’re working to a deadline, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
For larger corporate orders or customised hampers, additional lead time may be required to source products and arrange branding.

Every Hilltop Hampers wooden box is handmade by members of our local community using reclaimed timber from discarded wooden pallets and fence palings.
By giving this timber a new life, each box is unique, locally crafted and created with sustainability in mind.

No. Hampers sent through Australia Post are carefully packed in recyclable mailing boxes sourced from a small local business.
Our handmade wooden boxes are available only for hampers collected from Ringwood North or delivered personally within our local delivery area.
