Hilltop Hampers carefully inspects every hamper before delivery or dispatch. We ensure that all food and beverage products are within their applicable best-before or use-by dates.

Change-of-mind returns

Due to the nature of our curated food, beverage and gift hampers, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your hamper arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, is faulty or is significantly different from its description, please contact Hilltop Hampers as soon as possible.

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please provide your order number and photographs of the hamper, its packaging and the affected item.

Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, refund or another suitable resolution.

Please do not return any products unless we ask you to do so.

Product substitutions

Occasionally, a listed product may become unavailable. Hilltop Hampers reserves the right to substitute an unavailable product with a reasonably similar product of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall quality, value and character of the hamper.

We will not knowingly make a substitution that changes the stated allergen information, dietary suitability or alcohol content of a hamper without contacting the customer first. If a key or defining product requires a materially different substitution, we will seek the customer’s approval before completing the order.

The Bloom Hamper

The live plant included in The Bloom Hamper is available for local delivery or pickup only and is not available for shipping. Delivery and pickup availability will be clearly stated on the product page and during ordering.

This policy does not exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
