Based in Ringwood North, Melbourne, we create thoughtfully curated gift hampers using products from Melbourne and Victorian businesses wherever possible.

But the story begins long before a hamper reaches its recipient. It starts with the local makers behind every product, the reclaimed timber transformed into our signature wooden gift boxes, and the people who come together to make each hamper possible.

Hi, I’m Pedda

I’m the founder of Hilltop Hampers, based in Ringwood North, Melbourne.

The idea for Hilltop Hampers began during Melbourne’s lockdowns, when I saw first hand how incredibly hard local businesses were working just to keep their doors open.

Having grown up surrounded by small businesses, I understood the passion, long hours and determination behind every product they created. I wanted to build something that didn’t just sell gifts,I wanted to create a business that helped shine a light on theirs too.

Today, every Hilltop Hamper is thoughtfully curated using products from Melbourne and Victorian businesses. This allows us to create meaningful gifts for recipients while supporting the makers and small businesses that make our local communities so special.

Every Box Has a Story

Long before one of our gift hampers reaches its recipient, its story has already begun.

Many of our signature wooden gift boxes are handcrafted from reclaimed timber, giving old fence palings and wooden pallets a new purpose instead of allowing them to end up in landfill.

But it isn’t only the timber that is given a second chance.

Depending on the project, our wooden boxes may be handcrafted by local makers, created by community members earning additional income, or assembled through partnerships with organisations such as Imagine ReEvolution.

Through these partnerships, volunteers and young people can learn practical skills, build confidence and gain experience in a safe and supportive environment.

For us, sustainability isn’t only about recycling timber. It’s about creating opportunities, supporting local people and investing back into our community.
